I used to be under the impression that if you did not begin learning an instrument when you were young and in the band there was no reason to start as an adult because you would be to far behind. I am glad I found a drum course that would allow me to begin as an adult and still be able to teach me. Learning the drums is something I have always wanted to do, but my parents could never afford it. So once I became an adult and had a job, I went after what I wanted, the ability to make music for others. I began out in the beginner classes, because I literally knew nothing and now a little under a year later you would think I have had lessons for years. I am not a pro by any means, but I am even impressive to myself.
