Telemarketing companies actually cater two types of telemarketing services, the inward bound telemarketing and the outward bound telemarketing. Each telemarketing service has different goals. The inward bound telemarketing caters all the incoming calls that are from the customers of their clients. On the other hand, outward bound telemarketing aims to promote the services and products of their clients. The telemarketing company usually makes a phone call to a certain household to introduce and endorse the newest products and services of their clients. Many people who are working in telemarketing companies would rather choose to work in the inward bound telemarketing wherein they are going to attend to the problems of the customers than to promote and sell their client’s services.
