An unlikely chef was featured on the Food Network Channel the other day. His name was Attorney Jackson Mississippi. His name was unusual to start with, but what was more unusual was his love for cooking. He was born and raised in the barbecue region of the U.S.. The first thing he saw right out of the womb was probably his dad cooking up a barbecue.
Southern people love their barbecue with a passion. Jackson Mississippi would have never gone to law school had it not been for the prodding of his mother. Nevertheless, Jackson never lost his love for cooking barbecue even when he became a lawyer.
In fact, the reason why he was featured in the Food Network Channel was because of his famous barbecue sauce. As a hobby, Jackson would whip up some of his famous barbecue recipes and invite all his friends for a weekend barbecue. That’s when someone suggested that he open up a restaurant, and the rest is history.
The Attorney Jackson Mississippi Barbecue Restaurant serves the most delicious barbecues in the entire Southern United States. They’ve even given their menu items bizarre names like “Grilled On The Stand” for the roasted meats, “Family Attorney” for the family platters, and the “DUI Attorney” for their thirst quenching cocktails.
