Small apartments may have only one entrance. Large apartments may have two entrances. Depending upon several factors not excluding the price, the apartments available for rent or sale may already be furnished with some furniture, wall painting, floor tiles, etc. To communicate, telephone services are often included in apartments. Telephone bills are separated from the monthly bills. Extra storage place may or may not be included in some apartments.
