A food blog, to be precise, where I’ll be putting up my recipes, and experimenting with new ones, with photos and a little background as to the recipe. Hopefully it’ll get some good views and people can read and enjoy, and maybe try out the recipes if they like them. So, I’ve got a range of recipes for various different meals, but I’m missing some basics. For example, I need an easy to make pancake recipe for my breakfast series, and I need something for spaghetti bolognaise for my Italian series. Do you maybe have some of those recipes that I could look at and try out to see if they’ll fit what I’m needing? I’ll more than likely be changing them to fit my own cooking style, but I will credit you if I do use your recipe in it’s entirety.

Cantaloupe Lime Smoothie Recipe

Cantaloupe Lime Smoothie

o 1/2 teaspoon lime zest o 2 tablespoons lime juice o 2 cups diced cantaloupe o 1 peach, peeled, pitted and diced o 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds o cup ice

Place all ingredients in a blender or smoothie maker. Process for two to three minutes or until smooth. Transfer to a glass and garnish with a lime. Serve immediately.
