Polyunsaturated fats meanwhile are actually good for you. A form of polyunsaturated fat is omega 3 acids. Mostly omega 3 is found in oily cold fishes. One of Omega 3 fish oil benefits is that it is good for the heart. It is also good for the brain. These are two of the most important parts of the body that we should take good care of.
